Vietnam needed only two minutes to stamp their authority, taking the lead when Nguyen Phuong Anh smashed home Le Thi Thanh Ngan’s short kick-in.

Thanh Ngan (#6) produced a similar strike in the next minute to double Vietnam’s advantage before Nguyen Thi Tu Anh (#4) rifled home from outside the semi-circle in the sixth minute.

Vietnam were relentless and added another through Lam Lok I’s own goal in the ninth minute, followed by Phuong Anh’ second of the game two minutes later.

Further efforts from Tran Nguyet Vi (13th), Tran Thi Thuy Trang’s (14th, penalty), K’ Thua (15th), Tran Thi Thu Xuan (17th, 18th, 20th), Tran Thi Lan Mai (18th) and Nguyen Thi Van Anh (20th) gave Vietnam a sizable 13-0 half-time advantage.

Vietnam maintained their intensity in the second and went on to add to their tally through Thanh Ngan (23rd), K’ Thua (26th), Nguyet Vi (28th), Thuy Trang (28th, 34th) and Tu Anh (31st, 32nd, 39th) to cap an impressive second outing at the MFF Futsal Indoor Stadium.

The result confirmed Vietnam’s ticket to China 2025 as their six points and better head-to-head record against Myanmar guarantees them a top two finish ahead of their final group match against Chinese Taipei on Sunday.
